A modern reinterpretation of Shin Saimdang’s “Chochungdo” comes to life in this projection mapping media show. Through delicately detailed depictions of plants, crickets, butterflies, and bees, the installation captures the vibrant natural world and the everyday beauty that the 16th-century female artist observed with deep affection and curiosity.
Surrounded on all four sides by lifelike plants and the animated movements of tiny insects, viewers are invited into a sensory experience of Shin Saimdang’s imagined garden.
